Please send us as much information as possible about your problem (browser type, operating system, operating version, etc).

Are you sure you want to leave us and permanently delete your account? If you send the deletion request by clicking on the control panel, your account will be deleted and your content will be removed, including chats, pictures, profile settings and coins.

A revocation is not equivalent to a deletion or a termination. A revocation is only possible if you have actually concluded purchase contracts with us, as described in our FAQs! Deletion requests are not processed under this category!

Please describe your concern as detailed as possible! Please send us all information such as the file number or received documents (as PDF) with your inquiry. This allows us to guarantee faster processing and misunderstandings can be avoided.

Please describe your request as exactly as possible!

Please send us a screenshot of the infringing or illegal content and, if applicable, the relevant text passage as full text.
